Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started participating in fitness competitions when she was sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she continued her path from last year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of the year. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she finished third. In June of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and was crowned 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectation. She was happy about her position. Ariel had to compete against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
